The Iron Butterfly re-emerges

Anyone who's ever strummed a guitar knows that yesterday was a big deal. The band that started Heavy Metal played their first show in almost 15 years last night, amid rumors and doubts. They'd had a shaky performance in 1985 and few of them have done several side projects but no full-blown reunions worth a damn. Last night they showed that even with an average age of 61, they can still rock as only they can.
Last night, for one night, LED ZEPPELIN was alive again. And of course, loud as hell. No great clips yet, and no solid plans for a second show, so here's the best I can offer.

Wow, I saw this on the news and in the clip I thought the music sounded good, but the guys look ancient, I think that is what hard living does to you. You say they have been around for a few decades, yes, but look at Jon Bon Jovi, he's been around awhile and his music is fantastic and he looks mighty fine. :) "It's my life" is probably the best song ever and this video on youtube rocks.

(after consulting Wiki) bon jovi is 45, and has been rocking for ~25 years.

Led Zeppelin...i remember buying their IV (Runes or ZOSO) cd from the BMG cd club when I was in high school. it was some heavy stuff, and i felt that much cooler for having it.
i wonder how much tickets to their tour will be
